Sage Smudge Blend

Indulge in a beautifully scented blend of Cedar, Sage, and Sweetgrass with our Sage Smudge Blend. It’s a great addition to your traditional smudging and spiritual cleansing routine.

To use, gently roll the smudge blend into a ball, ignite it in a natural heat-proof vessel (such as one of our Natural Abalone shells), use your hand or feather to waft smoke over yourself much like you are splashing water over your body. Remember to cleanse your feet from energies you may have walked on!

*Note: Be sure that your smudge mix is completely out before leaving it unattended to avoid potential fire hazards.
