Herbal Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
6 cups water
honey to sweeten
⅓ cup organic dried lavender
up to 1 cup fresh lemon juice, strained
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil in a large pot
Add crushed lavender to the boiled water. Remove the pot from the heat source and stir in honey to taste.
Cover, refrigerate, and steep for 2 hours.
Strain. Stir in the lemon juice and serve over ice.
